I provide my Clients the “Information” they need to make an informed decision about the Property Being Inspected in a Clear, Concise, Professional Manner, with a Computer Generated Report and Digital Photographs. For your convenience, I e-mail the report to you (and your realtor if you request) the same day as the inspection. I also deliver you, "the client", a Report Packet at the time of the inspection that includes a free booklet, "My Home: Tips for Operating Your Home". In Other Words, by putting you and your Realtor on the same page gives everyone "Peace of Mind" so there are no surprises!
What We Do…
I spend two to four hours thoroughly evaluating all aspects of the Property you are purchasing, from the Roof to the Grading and all areas in between. I then educate you, "the client", sharing with you all the ins and outs of the house. That's why it's so important for you to be there during the inspection, so that we can discuss and actually see what you are buying. Remember, "No Surprises!" Also, this time together gives you the chance to ask all the questions you may have about the house.

How Flexible Is Your Schedule?
I know that your schedule is very hectic so I work hard to accommodate you! I conduct two inspections a day, one at 9 am and the second one at 2 pm. This allows ample time for me to do the thorough, quality job you expect and get to my next appointment on time.
Because not every one can attend the inspection during the week, I also inspect on Saturdays and Sundays. My Sunday inspection schedule is limited, so please let me know as soon as possible that you need a Sunday inspection. I’ll do my best to accommodate you!
You can schedule an inspection 24 hours a day, 7 days a week here at my website, but I also schedule inspections seven days a week as well so feel free to give me a call on the weekend to schedule your inspection!
