About Us

Hi, my name is Don Davison and I am Davison Real Estate Inspections. I am the owner / inspector, which is of great value to you. This means I work for you, the client! I don't have to answer to a boss who tells me how, when and where. I inspect real estate resale, newly constructed, homes still under construction and warranty inspections (like at the end of your one year warranty on a new home). I inspect single family homes, multi-family homes and townhomes.

Davison Real Estate Inspections does inspections all over the greater Houston area as well as a large portion of southeast Texas, from as far north as Conroe, east to Crosby, south to Pearland and west to Katy. I offer two different inspection times, 9:00 am. and 2:00 pm. (with the understanding that there may be situations where we need to shift that time one way or another to meet everyone's schedule). I work Monday through Saturday and Sunday, if it has been arranged ahead of time. Please feel free to call anytime from 8:00 am. until 8:00 pm. seven days a week to set up an appointment (or schedule an appointment right here on my website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
